AGENDA

1. Roll Call/ Sign-In
2. Call to Order/ Meet-and-Greet
Very pleased to say that our numbers have grown since last week.
We had eight people in attendance on Sunday! Thank you to Chris, Ryan, and
Darjan for attending! We hope to see you on a regular basis! Two guys that head a
project called Zeitgeist on Wheels were also in attendance. It was great to hear
from them as well as getting their participation in our discussions. We hope to hear
from them on a regular basis.
3. Description of Teams:
* Four Basic Teams: Communication, Creative, Computational, and Collective
Went over a general description of each Team, hopefully all pretty
self-explanatory. Everyone expressed interest in various teams.
* Internal Sub-Project Teams
This will be each Main Team's internal projects. We are hoping that this will make
things a little more organized and will allow us to function more smoothly. Each
Team is able to break off into smaller Teams to work on internal projects.
4. Voluntary Assignment of Teams:
* Review Current Projects
We discussed holding "Mini-Z Days" during the year at various places. Our main
goal is to Network so that we are able to show movies at various venues across
the City. Ray's Monkey House on Bardstown Road as well as The Monkey Wrench
on Winter and Oak were two suggestions. We've recently looked into pricing for
larger theaters such as Village 8 and Baxter but have yet to contact them. This
will need to be done soon. Our goal is to spread our message in hopes of being
able to show these Zeitgeist movies for free. This project is still pending. We've
also discussed flyers, stickers, and other marketing material. Emily is looking into
this. Chris will possibly help host the Radio and TV show that we have set up.
Emily and Amanda will work on Fund-Raising ideas as well as Hands-On community
Projects. It was also suggested that we could advertise meetings and showings
in local papers such as The Leo and Velocity.

5. Zeitgeist Kentucky Chapter Website (www.zeitgeistkentucky.com):
* Importance of utilizing the site
* Suggestions/ Ideas on how to improve
We had several volunteers to work on and maintain the website. Our goal is to
have this site fully functioning soon. A forum has recently been added. Ryan has
offered to help moderate and manage the forum. Chris also has access to the
website and will help update.
6. Transition Plan:
* Review of Transition Plan: Location, Transition Steps, Timeline, and creating
Transition Packet
Chris, Amanda, and Justin will work on the rough draft of the Transition
Packet.
* Florida Trip
7. Treasurer's Report:
*Review of Treasury Plans
* Fund-Raising Ideas
* Discuss Implementation of Voluntary Dues
